Classes and Workshops
MindSource classes are small-group, skills-based sessions led by Dr. Tamara Starling, a Texas licensed psychologist. Each class pairs short, research-informed teaching with hands-on group activities, so you leave with tools you can use that week. Classes are offered online and in person throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. They are educational and are not a substitute for therapy.
